Solution:
On every Windows 7 Workstation open regedit.exe with admin rights and change:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa] "LMcompatibilitylevel"=dword:00000002
to downgrade the Logon Handshake Encyrption of Windows 7 to Samba 3.0
